Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in both English and Korean languages, possess engineering experience with hands-on exposure to game SDKs, and demonstrate an understanding of general development pipelines for games. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with familiarity with development tools and the ability to quickly learn new technical projects.

Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager II will lead partner relationships, collaborate with internal teams, proactively identify project risks and support needs, build long-term relationships with technical decision-makers, maintain ownership of assigned accounts and titles, collect partner feedback, recommend standard methodologies, provide onsite support and training, contribute to training events and advisory panels, and frequently travel to Japan and Korea to visit SIE offices and partner locations.
