Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA or related graduate degree being a plus, and have at least 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment. They should demonstrate expertise with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools, along with strong analytical skills and experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Sales Operations will lead day-to-day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory planning, drive sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM usage and data integrity, collaborate with Sales Enablement to support training initiatives, partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to analyze business performance and deliver insights, manage and enhance the sales tech stack, evaluate and streamline sales processes, own key sales operations projects, and serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on performance trends and opportunities.
