Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting or related field
7+ years in business process improvement/engineering, operations or transformation roles
3+ years in managerial or team leadership role
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex process improvement projects
Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
IT audit, Compliance, or Technology experience
Data certification experience
Experience with various technologies, including networks, platforms, and applications
Demonstrated understanding of business processes, financial reporting and information technology audit and control frameworks such as SOX, COSO, COBIT, NIST, and OWAS

Responsibilities

Business Process Optimization Across Functions: Build and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap aligned to strategic business goals. Evaluate and redesign and map processes in customer service, billing, sales, field operations, finance, HR, and IT. Drive automation, digitization, and workflow orchestration for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved experience. Partner with department heads to identify pain points and high-impact opportunities for process transformation and tailored technology solutions. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in operational excellence
Data Certification & Quality Management: Perform quality testing on key operational and enterprise data such as usage metrics, financials, customer records, and HR data. Certify data used in dashboards, reports, and decision-making to ensure completeness and consistency
Internal Control & SOX Oversight: Manage SOX testing and control evaluations across business functions for IT general and application controls. Review control design and effectiveness across systems and processes. Lead remediation and documentation efforts for audit findings
Enterprise Data Governance: Promote policies for data ownership, classification, retention, and usage. Partner with data stewards and owners across departments to improve governance maturity
