Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS company, with a proven success managing a team quota of $2M+ and a consistent track record of exceeding assigned team revenue objectives. They should also have experience in scaling outbound sourced ARR, demonstrating intermediate business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of forecasting and budget management, and possess in-depth sales process expertise and product knowledge. Furthermore, candidates must have the ability to identify and attract top talent and experience in transparent performance management.
The Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Market will manage and own the day-to-day comprehensive activity and output of their team, including prospecting, funnel management, forecasting, and negotiating. They will lead a team of Individual Contributors to accelerate performance through coaching and mentorship, align sub-department execution with division-wide goals, continuously review and recommend process changes, motivate the team to exceed objectives, lead sub-department meetings, collaborate with divisional peers, and manage people management efforts including hiring, off-boarding, performance management, compensation, and cultivating a compelling career path.
