Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of sales or industry experience and a valid US driver's license. Preferred qualifications include the ability to develop and implement strategic business and sales programs, excellent communication and presentation skills, budget management experience, strong PC skills in word processing and spreadsheets, and a demonstrated record of collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will lead and manage a regional sales team, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the R&R mainline business. This role involves directly managing major accounts to maximize sales opportunities, participating in sales and market analysis meetings, and gathering market intelligence. The manager is responsible for understanding and communicating product knowledge, implementing sales programs, setting team performance goals, following up on leads, managing pipeline activity and forecasting, and controlling expenses within budget. Travel is estimated at 50% overnight.
