Candidates should possess a 2-year degree or a 4-year degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction (non-residential) and construction project management, and preferably 10 years of experience in restaurant/retail construction management in a Franchise Organization. Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, federal and state requirements, and proficiency in Excel are also required.
The Construction Manager will manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction through post-opening validation, ensuring adherence to brand standards, budget goals, and project timelines. They will proactively review design drawings, facilitate interactions with support service partners, lead project management throughout the project lifecycle, assist in setting processes, and communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, they will complete post-opening construction validation, manage site travel, and demonstrate management and leadership skills while exhibiting adaptability and responsiveness.
