The Builder Channel Lead will identify, recruit, and secure business with national and regional partners, developing and implementing customer-level strategies to drive revenue and market share growth. This role involves mining consumer insights, conducting competitive analysis, and preparing functional area reports. Responsibilities include managing a prospect pipeline, tracking progress in CRM, and working with strategic customers' purchasing and marketing teams to secure product usage. The lead will also oversee projects with key dealers and integrators, provide sales team leadership on segment strategy implementation, increase brand awareness in the construction industry, and develop external marketing strategies with industry representatives. Additionally, the role requires forecasting, participating in planning activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams for marketing and product development, complying with health and safety guidelines, protecting confidential information, and maintaining professional knowledge.
