Position Overview

Roofr is seeking a stellar Territory Manager to join our Partnerships Team. This role is crucial for driving Roofr’s partner enablement program for current and future supplier alliances across North America. If you have a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or adjacent industries, and are a strong communicator skilled in sales and account management, we want to hear from you. You will be recognized for your ability to prioritize and execute key partnership enablement strategies, product training, onboarding, and developing long-term, sustainable relationships that drive net-new opportunities for Roofr’s revenue team.

Responsibilities

  • Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps for new opportunities in your allocated territory.
  • Drive partner growth through partner engagement and enablement programs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners regarding Roofr and its assigned products.
  • Provide effective Roofr product training and onboarding support for new partners.
  • Plan, forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas.
  • Organize and host timely and localized community events and meetings for partner engagement.
  • Deliver Roofr product updates through in-person or virtual trainings, presentations, and meetings.
  • Travel regularly to partner sites/locations (estimated 1-2 weeks per month).
  • Become proficient in Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner-related updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Roofr’s sales, success, revops, and support leaders to define priorities and resolve issues between Roofr and the partner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience.
  • Experience working in channel partnerships is a significant advantage.
  • Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with Roofing supply companies is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency with relevant modern tooling such as CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships, navigate organizations, and make relevant, high-producing connections.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
