Responsibilities

The Cataract Equipment Manager is primarily responsible for achieving sales targets by selling surgical ophthalmic products in the assigned territory, building strong professional relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through product demonstrations and support. Specific responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing relationships with key opinion leaders, implementing a sales plan, conducting events and meetings, conducting competitive market analysis, providing timely reports, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions. The role also involves selling a full portfolio of Anterior Cataract Surgery products, interacting with various customer personnel, generating leads, developing sales proposals, managing product demo evaluations, and protecting the consumable core business through equipment conversion and product innovation. Furthermore, the manager will deliver value through customer’s technical abilities, working with them to fully apply and realize the capabilities of the Unity and Visualization platforms, and collaborate with Division team members to ensure long-term success of platform technologies.
