They should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to support strategic plans, and contribute to achieving measurable results, as well as experience in improving team operations and performance, managing metrics, and collaborating effectively cross-functionally.
The Manager of Commercial Sales will be responsible for growing the client list and expanding client revenue by setting the team’s strategic direction, managing operations, ensuring successful achievement of quota, and developing a high-performing team to achieve impactful results. They will also lead key initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline generation and revenue goals, incorporate team input and customer insights into strategic direction, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
