  • Orchestrates major Enterprise-level customer engagements for results and superior customer experience
  • Manages escalations from solution to opportunity
  • Drives a hunting mentality and engages customer executives to understand business context, build trust, and deliver HPE value proposition
  • Creates early-stage opportunities via top customer executive relationships
  • Coaches teams on technical, IT investment, and pricing strategies to win deals
  • Partners with stakeholders to maximize cross-HPE efficiency and customer success
  • Helps teams overcome barriers and obstacles
  • Establishes sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management
  • Manages sales planning and ensures consistent execution
  • Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts
  • Delivers customer feedback and won/loss deal analysis to broader HPE team
