Responsibilities

  • Achieve overall business objectives with customers or channels
  • Serve as the face of the company to customers, developing excellent working relationships and in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape
  • Leverage understanding of market & customer dynamics, shopper marketing, trade fund budgets, and supply chain operations to build and execute business strategies and plans
  • Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution, conducting regular reviews on different business aspects
  • Strategize by harnessing team power, envisioning, engaging, and energizing multifunctional resources to build holistic business plans and overcome barriers
  • Contribute to negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising, and promotions
  • Collaborate with customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Manage sales representatives, including capability building, issue resolution, and day-to-day operations for excellent store execution
  • Develop distributors to influence customer decisions in critical business areas
