Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Development team to lead product demos, build proof-of-concepts, and answer in-depth technical and operational questions from prospects
  • Serve as the product and infrastructure expert in sales conversations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
  • Work directly with prospective customers to model integrations
  • Create technical content and resources to enable our Business Development and Customer Support teams, including solution diagrams, data architecture docs, and integration walkthroughs
