The Solution Consultant role is a strategic position for professionals skilled in business problem-solving, technical storytelling, and cross-functional execution within the public sector. This role involves owning discovery and solution design, guiding government stakeholders, and crafting solution strategies that align with Granicus products, implementation realities, and agency mission priorities. Solution Consultants partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver solution recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in presales, consulting, solution architecture, or public sector SaaS.
  • Strong track record of facilitating discovery and aligning technology to real-world customer needs.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop structured solution designs using templates, visuals, and narratives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
