This role is for a Senior Technical Sales Specialist focused on Control Valves, aiming to drive sales growth within North America. The position involves identifying strategic accounts, developing customer solutions, and collaborating with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners. It’s a customer-facing technical sales role with a focus on winning business and leading business development planning.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products
  • Skills:

Responsibilities

  • Developing targeted customer/segment campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan engineered products & support medium to large project opportunities.
  • Conducting in-depth assessments of industry segments, identifying key applications, and developing customer value propositions.
  • Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders (client and internal).
  • Working closely with Regional Sales Managers & Channel Partners to engage with end users and key customer influence centers to drive growth.
  • Conducting Technical Sales calls and technical solutions to key customers with regional Channel Partners and direct calls to strategic corporate accounts and major regional influence centers.
  • Conducting in-depth training and awareness sessions around Masoneilan products with customers and channel partners.
  • Leading the collaboration with multidisciplinary teams internally (e.g., engineering, legal, risk, finance, communication, marketing etc.) to develop and articulate the winning value proposition.
  • Fueling sales growth through strategic account development.
