Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience, and 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products. They should also demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment and possess good interpersonal and leadership skills, inclusive working style, and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal organization and external customers.

Responsibilities

As a Sr Technical Sales Specialist, the primary responsibilities include identification & pursuit of strategic growth accounts and associated project opportunities, developing targeted customer/segment campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan engineered products & support medium to large project opportunities, conducting in-depth assessment of industry segments identifying key applications and developing customer value propositions, managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders, conducting Technical Sales calls and technical solutions to key customers, conducting in-depth training and awareness sessions around Masoneilan products with customers and channel partners, leading the collaboration with multidisciplinary teams internally, and fueling passion by working closely with Regional Sales Managers & Channel Partners to engaged directly with end users and key customer influence centers to drive growth.
