Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 6-8 years of experience supporting and administering finance systems, ideally within a global organization
  • Experience with NetSuite required
  • Comprehensive understanding of SOX compliance and experience in supporting systems within a SOX-compliant environment
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with various departments
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of NetSuite, ZipHQ, FloQast, Banking Applications and incoming FP&A and tax systems, including user setup, system configurations, system/software updates, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and optimize financial and tax systems to support key finance functions as the team grows
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across our systems
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide valuable insights for decision-making
  • Serve as a primary contact for finance and accounting users, resolving system issues and more complex problems when necessary
  • Develop system documentation and provide training to users to help them effectively utilize our financial tools
  • Manage system access and prepare system user access review workbooks to adhere to compliance requirements
  • Implement automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency, including those related to OCR processes
  • Lead roll-outs of increased system capabilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system configurations and workflows align with our financial policies and business needs, including SOX compliance requirements, application control testing, and SOC Report reviews
  • Manage cross functional JIRA use for ticking and other use cases
  • Oversee integrations between financial systems and other platforms, including sales and operations tools
