Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) and have at least 1 year of prior inbound/outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting skills are required, along with comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy, and ever-changing environment. Proficiency with platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Orum, and Outreach is expected, and a go-getter attitude with a commitment to lifelong learning is essential. Experience in a Big 4 firm or an audit/accounting background is preferred.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for senior sales counterparts by managing the flow of incoming leads and maximizing marketing campaigns. This role involves maintaining SFDC and Outreach hygiene, managing the daily pipeline to ensure MQLs are zeroed out, and partnering with marketing to target quality leads. Key duties include bringing a world-class solution to market, discovering and engaging new leads through various tools, owning target numbers, supporting demand-generation campaigns, and achieving weekly and monthly metrics for sales activities, opportunity generation, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected.
