Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM tracking and reporting is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting outreach emails. A metrics-driven approach to analyzing outreach performance and the ability to adapt strategies based on prospect feedback or data insights are essential. Resilience, relationship-building skills, time management, and passionate curiosity are also necessary. Experience in Fintech or the financial space, along with knowledge of SaaS or technology sales cycles, is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for high-volume, personalized outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn to identify and segment prospects matching the Ideal Customer Profile. They will engage prospects in conversations to uncover pain points, align solutions, and schedule product demos for the sales team, ensuring seamless handoffs. Maintaining an organized pipeline in the CRM by tracking engagement and follow-ups is also a key responsibility.
