The Sales Development Representative will become a product expert across the entire platform and understand the competitor landscape. They will manage inbound leads using specific qualifying criteria and engage in outbound outreach with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects. The role includes partnering with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume, prospecting into new accounts using proven sales methodologies, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
