Candidates should possess a high school graduate degree or equivalent, along with at least one year of inside sales experience, strong computer skills including proficiency in Mac OSX, Google Platforms, and Salesforce, and excellent communication and listening skills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions.
The Sales Development Representative will make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify churches and nonprofits, schedule 1-2 in person or zoom appointments per day, prospect 5-10 accounts daily, maintain a healthy pipeline, have meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their challenges, articulate the value proposition of Pushpay, use software like Salesforce and Outreach.io, blueprint accounts, build revenue pipeline, invite church leaders to events, and update accounts with accurate contact information.
