Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the Confluent sales team.
• Engage with top enterprise and commercial accounts within your assigned territory.
• Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities for sales teams.
• Conduct direct prospect engagement using a multi-threaded approach, prioritizing calls, email, and LinkedIn communication.
• Perform initial prospect discovery and qualification before handing off to sales.

• Basic understanding of Sales Development Representative (SDR) concepts, practices, procedures, and principles.

• Fluent in Spanish.
