Familiarity with Virtuous's platform and the nonprofit industry is also required.
The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for nonprofit customers, guiding them from sales closure through their entire lifecycle. Responsibilities include maximizing customer growth by supporting adoption, utilization, and satisfaction, collaborating with Support, Onboarding, and Training teams, and strengthening donor relationships. The role involves selling upgrades and add-ons, working on contract renewals, proactively resolving issues, identifying upsell opportunities, and advocating for Virtuous by generating excitement about product updates.
