Requirements

Candidates should possess at least one year of sales experience, preferably as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or sales internship experience. Prior business experience combined with a strong interest in SaaS sales is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will master Bloomerang’s product and value, prospect and engage potential nonprofit customers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and personalized messaging, generate a 90-day rolling pipeline of qualified meetings, collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to build and refine a sales pipeline, ensure accurate sales data maintenance in Salesforce, and consistently meet or exceed business development targets to contribute to Bloomerang’s overall success.
