As a Sales Development Representative, you will represent Ada as the first point of contact with potential clients. You will become an expert in communicating the value of Ada's AI Agents, consulting with prospective clients across different industries, understanding their business challenges and goals, and demonstrating how Ada can help. Ada provides an extensive training program covering product knowledge and various sales tools. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to Ada's growth and the success of the businesses they engage with.

About You

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Deeply curious, receptive to feedback, and enthusiastic about learning in an accelerated environment.
  • Highly motivated and enjoys making cold calls.
  • An outside-the-box thinker, adaptable and creative.
  • Previous SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and deploy personalized omni-channel campaigns to prospective clients.
  • Qualify prospective clients through video and phone calls.
  • Become an expert on Ada's products.
  • Develop new outbound prospecting strategies and optimize existing ones.
  • Utilize modern sales tools including Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build long-term relationships with new accounts.
