The Sales Development Representative will proactively engage with potential customers through outbound prospecting, utilizing social media and cold calling to qualify leads and initiate the sales process. They will assess prospect needs, identify pain points, and schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives, while consistently meeting or exceeding defined activity and revenue goals. Additionally, the SDR will maintain detailed records of activities within Salesforce and Outreach, providing regular updates to management.
