The Insurance Call Center Representative will handle both outbound and inbound calls from customers who have recently applied for free insurance quotes, asking qualifying questions and matching callers with insurance companies. They will also maintain enthusiasm and professionalism while working in a scripted environment, consistently setting their sights on raising the bar and achieving targets, and be receptive to and quick to implement constructive feedback to continuously improve overall workflow and quality expectations.
