Description: QuoteWizard by LendingTree is seeking a motivated Insurance Call Center Representative to join our Warm Transfer Verification program. This role involves making outbound and inbound calls to customers who have recently applied for insurance quotes. The goal is to match callers with insurance companies and assist them in obtaining suitable policies. Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma required
  • Experience: 2-3 years of Call Center (Customer Service or Sales) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes.
  • Qualify callers and match them with appropriate insurance companies.
  • Work within a scripted environment to efficiently guide callers through the process.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics.
  • Implement constructive feedback and continuously improve performance.
  • Conduct training on a personal audio/video capable laptop/desktop (QuoteWizard equipment will be provided via curbside delivery).

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in outbound telemarketing is preferred.
  • Experience with an aggressive, commission-based compensation structure is preferred.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour
  • Commission: Uncapped monthly commission potential (typical payouts average between $500 - $3000).
