  • Experience in a business development or sales-related role is preferred

  • Experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for prospects and potential customers of Front
  • Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads, such as demo requests and trial sign-ups, via phone, email, and InMail
  • Engage in high-velocity outbound activities, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, with strategic and personalized messaging to prospects within a targeted book of business
  • Become a product expert on the entire Front platform, its value proposition, and the competitive landscape
  • Leverage excellent communication and business acumen to build relationships with leads and prospects
  • Qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities and set appointments for Account Executives
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions and findings in the CRM
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to optimize deal flow and improve lead quality
