Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound leads for the MyCase product
  • Developing and maintaining a high-level knowledge of AffiniPay's legal practice management software, MyCase
  • Identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities
  • Maintaining a call volume of 45-60 calls per day, with the intent to qualify key leads and create an inbound pipeline
  • Updating and maintaining the Salesforce database, including data discovery tied to initiatives
  • Contacting and qualifying inbound leads, educating prospects about the product, and scheduling meetings with the sales team
  • Engaging current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
  • Working closely with marketing and sales to develop opportunities through inbound efforts
