Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads, respond to and qualify marketing leads according to SLAs, and generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying key personas, generating interest through cold outreach, logging activities in Salesforce, distributing leads, and meeting quota. The role also involves working closely with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline generation, attending sales meetings and training, and occasionally performing duties outside standard working hours.
