The Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities, research and gather information on target accounts and decision-makers, initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media, qualify leads based on specific criteria, schedule appointments for the sales team, collaborate with sales executives to develop strategies, track and manage prospecting activities, and provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
