The Sales Development Representative will respond to inbound customer prospect requests in a timely manner and fill the sales funnel through outbound calls. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads and prospects via email and meetings to book demos, participating in call blitzes, and cold-calling prospects. The role involves guiding clients, collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships, learning the product and sales process, and working with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns to drive pipeline. Taking introductory customer calls and providing company overviews are also part of the role.
