Requirements

Candidates must have over 15 years of experience in engineering and delivering technology services, with a minimum of 5 years leading large-scale, client-facing engineering or applied AI practices. Prior accountability for enterprise-scale delivery outcomes, including budgets, teams, and multi-regional programs, is essential. Deep expertise in applied Generative AI systems, encompassing agentic workflows, copilots, multimodal integration, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise deployment, is required. A proven record of building and managing senior technical teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Generative AI will lead Turing's Generative AI practice, ensuring high-impact program execution with enterprise clients. This includes interacting with clients to ideate and design AI solutions, owning the oversight for the design, build, and deployment of GenAI-powered applications such as agentic systems and copilots. The role involves leading and managing Generative AI and Forward-Deployed Engineering teams, building trusted partnerships with senior enterprise stakeholders, and defining rigorous engineering standards for reliability, scalability, and security. Additionally, the Head of Generative AI will translate engineering experience into repeatable playbooks, partner with commercial teams to scope and resource programs, and act as the accountable executive for engineering and delivery excellence in Generative AI applications.
