A deep understanding of retail operations, financial data analysis, and the competitive landscape is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
The Retail Partnership Lead will expand Tonal's retail presence by managing a portfolio of partner-operated locations and serving as the primary point of contact for store managers. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, maximizing productivity, achieving sales growth through executing business strategies, and coaching store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role involves monitoring KPIs, enforcing policies, conducting regular store visits, leading new product launches and retrofits, supporting seasonal strategies, and ensuring consistency in the in-store brand experience. Additionally, the lead will analyze data to identify trends, implement localized strategies, surface market opportunities, and collaborate with partners and HQ teams to align on goals and share insights.
