The role involves monitoring KPIs, enforcing policies, conducting regular store visits, leading new product launches and retrofits, supporting seasonal strategies, and ensuring consistency in the in-store brand experience. Additionally, the lead will analyze data to identify trends, implement localized strategies, surface market opportunities, and collaborate with partners and HQ teams to align on goals and share insights.
