- Must reside near a Major Airport
- Full time employment
- Experience in more than one retail area is a plus
- Experience with other DMS software is an advantage
- Thorough understanding of at least one CDK Global workflow
- Ability to manage a lead role on projects

Responsibilities
- Consults, installs, and trains customers on CDK Global solutions
- Queries customers to determine business needs and make recommendations
- Verifies and validates setup configurations and conversion data
- Conducts status meetings with customer personnel to discuss issues and action plans
- Completes daily trip reports to document project status
- Facilitates work in process activities to begin training and ensure go-live readiness
- Monitors customer trainee progress and sets training goals
- Keeps up to date on products, processes, and industry trends
- Resolves issues and escalates accordingly
- Leads other trainers on-site
