Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to be certified as a forklift operator

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead teams of local team members and contracted support to set up stores
  • Train team members on proper merchandising techniques
  • Build gondolas and backroom shelving according to floor plans
  • Direct all work related to their segment of the project
  • Document any noncompliance with company policy
  • Reconcile travel and business-related expenses
  • Co-lead and supervise internal or outsourced team members
  • Verify plan-o-grams are correct and built to plan
  • Keep expenses to a minimum following company guidelines
  • Maintain a positive attitude and promote proper work ethics
