Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Willingness to be certified as a forklift operator
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups
Ability to travel 80-100% of the time, potentially for extended periods

Responsibilities

Co-lead teams of local team members and contracted support to set up stores
Train team members on proper merchandising techniques
Build gondolas and backroom shelving according to floor plans
Direct all work related to their segment of the project
Document any noncompliance with company policy
Reconcile travel and business-related expenses
Co-lead and supervise internal or outsourced team members
Verify plan-o-grams are correct and built to plan
Keep expenses to a minimum following company guidelines
Maintain a positive attitude and promote proper work ethics
