Requirements

Candidates must possess at least eight years of sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with a proven track record of generating opportunities in large, enterprise-sized companies across North America. Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills are essential, along with strong business acumen to work with senior leadership and executives. A proactive, self-directed work ethic, technical aptitude, analytical ability, and superior negotiating skills are also required. Sales methodology training is preferred, and the ability to work remotely from a distraction-free environment is necessary, with some travel expected.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with enterprise and strategic clients across a designated US territory. This includes building and managing relationships with potential enterprise clients, partnering with the Business Development Team on pipeline development, and generating new clients through various outreach methods like cold calling and networking. The role involves marketing the HireVue brand, achieving sales goals, managing the entire sales process independently, assisting with RFP responses, understanding competitor activity, and representing Hirevue at industry events.
