Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and TA technologies is essential, as is experience in building inclusive teams, managing performance, and navigating ambiguity. Exceptional proficiency in situational and data judgment, results orientation, operational excellence, and stakeholder management is necessary, along with exceptional consulting, collaborating, conflict management, and coaching skills. Some travel is required.
