The Head of Talent will own the talent strategy to find, attract, and grow employees, ensuring hires strengthen company culture and accelerate the mission. Responsibilities include elevating the existing recruitment team, building executive recruiting capabilities, and developing scalable hiring processes and playbooks. The role involves driving diversity and inclusion strategies, acting as a consultative partner to leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy, and continuously optimizing the candidate experience to reflect company values and strengthen the employer brand.
