Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They must have at least 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years focused on high-volume non-exempt recruiting. Strong abilities in developing recruitment strategies and collaborating with business leaders are essential, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) and recruiting tools. A data-driven mindset and experience using metrics to improve processes are also required.
