Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A data-driven mindset and experience using metrics to improve processes are also required.

Responsibilities

This Talent Acquisition Lead will transform and optimize high-volume recruiting efforts for non-exempt roles within Clinical Operations and Manufacturing teams, developing and executing agile strategies to build qualified talent pipelines and meet aggressive hiring goals. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to forecast needs, mentoring recruiters, driving continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing data to provide insights, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends. Additionally, the lead will partner with employer branding and sourcing teams to enhance the candidate journey and promote innovative recruiting strategies.
