Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in SaaS inside sales, with a preference for exposure to foodservice, supply chain, or operations technology. Proven success in cold prospecting, lead nurturing, and pipeline development is essential, along with excellent communication, organization, and objection-handling skills. Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment requiring adaptability and self-direction is also required, as is a passion for customer success and belief in operational innovation.
The Inside Sales Representative will identify and target key convenience store operators, build and manage a top-of-funnel pipeline through various outreach methods, and own lead qualification and nurturing efforts. They will partner with Product Marketing and Solutions leaders to refine messaging, drive sales motions to accelerate deal progression, and iterate on sales plays and outbound strategies. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team for personalized demos, provide clear handoffs to implementation resources, and ensure a high-quality customer journey from lead to close.
