Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management, strategic planning, or business consulting, with healthcare industry and managed care experience being preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required, as is the ability to think strategically and analytically with intellectual curiosity. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will support strategic initiatives across the Central Region, providing project and strategic support to regional leadership and business teams. This includes driving local market strategies, leading initiatives related to customer pursuit plans, strategic analytics, planning, and execution, and enabling best-in-class policies and procedures. Responsibilities include independently addressing issues, guiding direction, performing analysis for planning initiatives, managing multiple work streams, collaborating on strategic goals, achieving operational targets, developing complex strategies using project management tools and data analysis, investigating ad hoc requests, formulating presentations, auditing processes for efficiency, and anticipating next steps.
