A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates need a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of experience in a similar role with a Master's degree. Preferred experience includes device or clinical sales with large health systems in a consultative capacity, or healthcare roles focused on process improvement, cardiovascular leadership, or a clinical degree. Key attributes include strong teamwork, collaboration, the ability to build trust quickly, flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to analyze data effectively.
The Program Manager will partner internally and externally with sales teams and stakeholders at large health systems to design and execute solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes. They will support customer clinical, operational, and financial goals by designing customer journeys to drive adoption of the Zio Service, aligning with brand priorities to ensure a streamlined, personalized, and optimized customer experience. This role involves creating and leading end-to-end customer experience strategies and differentiated solutions informed by insights and analytics. Responsibilities include differentiating iRhythm as a trusted partner through operational efficiencies and standardization of care, partnering with key stakeholders within health systems to align on goals and success metrics, and identifying challenges and recommending solutions for cardiac monitoring programs. The manager will leverage experience and tools to create standardized, reproducible customer engagement experiences. They will collaborate with peers, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive Zio service adoption. The role is accountable for prioritizing work to meet business goals and performance metrics demonstrating physician adoption, contributing to business health. Additionally, they will strategically partner with the geographic sales team to understand their business plans and provide support for deep penetration into large health systems.
