Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience delivering digital products in consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTech, and experience implementing delivery process improvements across departments or teams. Familiarity with Product Operating Models, OKRs, and modern product development practices is required, along with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams. Expertise in Agile/iterative development methodologies and leadership is essential, and certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Lead Project Manager will lead complex projects from strategy to execution, aligning with business OKRs and customer outcomes, and aligning teams like Product and Engineering to improve execution. They will identify risks early, guide trade-off decisions, improve delivery processes at scale, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, they will mentor project managers, coach teams over activity tracking, communicate delivery priorities and constraints to executives and external partners, and provide clear, value-driven status updates focused on growth, while championing ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence across teams.
