Position Overview

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Regional Alliances Manager to design, build, and implement a successful Healthcare channel strategy. This role is crucial for expanding our business opportunities within Alliances and Referral partner channels. Success will be measured by building strong partner relationships, identifying and onboarding new partners, and achieving a significant increase in partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with partners for successful engagement, launches, and enablement, including sales, product, and support trainings.
  • Coordinate with Channel Sales Engineers on technical enablement for relevant partners and develop a territory-specific channel sales enablement strategy.
  • Support and facilitate engagement between CrowdStrike's internal sales and technical teams and partners' sales and technical teams.
  • Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on the design and execution of marketing programs, events, and campaigns to drive customer interest and awareness through partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives for the year will be achieved.
  • Proactively maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, objectives, value proposition, and competition.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Undertake other projects and duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality with initiative, capable of hands-on problem-solving and generating ideas and solutions.
  • Comfortable with problem-solving and conflict management.
  • Experience in new partner development and established relationships with decision-makers within the Channel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels, from sales representatives to C-level executives and business owners.
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of multitasking and working independently or within a team.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Previous sales experience in the information security space.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
  • Experience working with Solution Providers focused on the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civilian Agencies.
