Candidates should possess a University/College degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement. Strategic thinking, a hunter mentality, and hands-on problem-solving skills are essential, along with comfort in problem-solving and conflict management, experience with new partner development, and the ability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels. Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge of security and networking technologies are considered a bonus.
The Regional Alliances Manager will identify, recruit, and collaborate with partners to build a successful Healthcare channel strategy, coordinate with Channel Sales Engineer on technical enablement, develop a technical enablement strategy, support partner engagement, strategize and coordinate with field marketing on marketing programs, develop a business plan to achieve revenue goals, maintain knowledge of the industry, territory, partners, and competitive landscape, and proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, and value proposition. They will also travel up to 50% for various projects and duties as assigned.
