Candidates must have experience managing customer implementations in a Professional Services environment and a proven track record for successfully attaining project objectives. The role requires the ability to manage project budgets, team resources, communications, and project plans, along with identifying and resolving risks and issues in a timely manner. Up to 25% travel to client sites will be required, and the territory will include states in the Great Lakes Region of the US.
The Project Manager will act as the primary client liaison to lead multiple customer-facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include thoroughly understanding customer needs, performing project kick-off meetings, creating project plans, and managing, monitoring, and controlling external customer implementations. The role involves ensuring successful customer migration to the PointClickCare solution, monitoring and reporting on project progress, and escalating concerns when appropriate. Additionally, the Project Manager will report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue, and foster the team's project management capabilities.
