Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience as a top-performing sales professional in the medical device or healthcare industry. A minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience is required, with preferred knowledge of the Welch Allyn product line. Proven success in hiring, developing, and managing sales teams, along with strong experience working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and building relationships, is essential. Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary, and candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to the specified region. Familiarity with the North Central US market is strongly desired.
The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of 7-10 sales representatives across the Acute Care & Outpatient Care markets, developing and executing regional business plans to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include building and leveraging channel networks, identifying and engaging key customers, and assisting sales representatives with relationship management.
