The estimated base salary for this position is $148,000 to $203,500 annually.
The home base is Minneapolis, MN, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, W. Illinois, Nebraska, N. Dakota, S. Dakota, and Kansas, with up to 75% travel in territory and overnights as needed. A fleet vehicle is provided.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years as a top-level sales performer in medical device or healthcare, 2+ years of sales leadership experience, proven team management skills, strong IDN background, and exceptional communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with the region and Welch Allyn products is preferred, and individuals must live in or relocate to the geography.
You will lead a sales region of 7-10 representatives covering Acute Care & Outpatient Care markets, reporting to the Area VP of West Sales.
Top performers with 5+ years in medical device/healthcare sales, 2+ years leading teams, IDN experience, regional familiarity, and skills in strategic planning, coaching, and relationship-building stand out.
