Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in product marketing or management consulting focused on go-to-market strategy and execution, with at least 3 years of experience with health plans. A deep understanding of health plan challenges and how to connect them to product offerings with a differentiated value story is required, along with strong analytical ability, exceptional strategic instincts, and a proven track record of using data to inform business decisions. Excellent communication skills for packaging B2B sales narratives into market-facing collateral and experience growing and leading a high-functioning product marketing team are also necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and work effectively cross-functionally are essential.
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will lead a team as a player/coach, defining and optimizing team KPIs, and mentoring direct reports. They will inform go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, packaging, and pricing, and contribute to the product roadmap based on market and client needs. This role involves improving win rates with a differentiated value story, launching new products by owning the value narrative, and building pipeline and brand awareness in partnership with Growth Marketing and Corporate Communications. The position also includes providing strategic support for sales and client meetings, communicating product enhancements with market-facing materials, identifying opportunities to showcase impact with statistics and analytical tools, and delivering results in cross-functional projects through clear communication, prioritization, strategic thinking, and collaboration. Maintaining product and service-line documentation for care delivery products is also a key responsibility.
