The Professional Services Consultant will design, build, and implement interactive experiences for customers to enhance their end-user onboarding, accelerate feature adoption, and drive business impact. They will work closely with customer application owners to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and recommend WalkMe solutions. The role involves leading end-to-end WalkMe projects, managing risks, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, fostering collaboration, and staying updated with industry trends.
Digital adoption platform for user guidance
WalkMe specializes in Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) that enhance user experiences for employees and customers. The platform works by overlaying visual cues and personalized content on websites or enterprise software, which helps users with onboarding, training, and provides real-time contextual guidance.
