Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn and support APIs, SDKs, and software integrations
Fundamental knowledge of SEO best practices and digital optimization
Experience in a similar role at a technology or software company, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce
Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment (preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site customer engagements

Responsibilities

Provide clear guidance on Dutchie’s point-of-sale API and E-Commerce SDK
Answer technical questions and ensure customers are set up for long-term success
Troubleshoot and advise on technical use cases involving Dutchie’s API and SDK
Conduct customer trainings and workshops (on-site and virtual) to maximize product adoption and technical understanding
Collaborate with customers to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to workflows and industry best practices
Stay up-to-date with Dutchie’s product features, updates, and roadmap
Act as an internal and external subject matter expert on Dutchie’s product features
Identify and implement creative, technically sound solutions to address complex customer challenges
Provide foundational SEO guidance to help customers improve discoverability and digital performance
Collect and share customer and partner insights to help shape product direction
Influence product improvements as part of internal SME groups
Ensure alignment with Customer Success and Sales teams
Travel up to 20% for on-site customer engagements
