Responsibilities

  • Provide clear guidance on Dutchie’s point-of-sale API and E-Commerce SDK
  • Answer technical questions and ensure customers are set up for long-term success
  • Troubleshoot and advise on technical use cases involving Dutchie’s API and SDK
  • Conduct customer trainings and workshops (on-site and virtual) to maximize product adoption and technical understanding
  • Collaborate with customers to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to workflows and industry best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with Dutchie’s product features, updates, and roadmap
  • Act as an internal and external subject matter expert on Dutchie’s product features
  • Identify and implement creative, technically sound solutions to address complex customer challenges
  • Provide foundational SEO guidance to help customers improve discoverability and digital performance
  • Collect and share customer and partner insights to help shape product direction
  • Influence product improvements as part of internal SME groups
  • Ensure alignment with Customer Success and Sales teams
