Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in both Construction and Technology, preferably in innovation, operations, or field deployment roles. A strong history of driving technology adoption and behavioral change within complex organizations is essential, along with comfort working with both business and technical audiences. Technical curiosity, excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels, and experience with construction tech, AI, field training, or document management are highly valued. Experience in top-tier consulting or strategic roles at innovative general contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager will act as the primary partner for strategic clients, embedding AI workflows by shadowing operations, building trust with field teams and executives, and co-designing AI solutions. Responsibilities include mapping and translating construction workflows into structured implementations, configuring AI agents, testing data flows, and activating jobsite teams. The role also involves developing training curriculum, running workshops, certifying customer champions, gathering customer feedback, synthesizing insights for product and engineering, defining adoption KPIs, reporting on time saved, tracking success metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify upsell opportunities.
